The Tulpehaking Nature Center is one of the main entrances to the Abbott Marshlands, and you should explore the trails when you come to see our show - Beatrice tells me it's a good place for bird watching. The marsh is rich in wildlife and Native American history, and the name "Tulpehaking" means "Land of the Turtle" in the language of the Lanape.

For me, this location has a personal connection - as a kid, I used to play down here and I remember fishing in the lake with my father. Back then, we called it White City Lake. If you grew up in the area, you might remember that name too. While none of my paintings in the show depict the Abbott Marshlands specifically, many of them focus on water-themed scenes like rivers and lakes.

We hope you can stop by, see the show, and explore a bit!
