The Gift of Nature

"The 1869 House"
8x10" oil on linen

I have a few paintings in "Season’s Greetings: The Gift of Nature", a year-end show at the D&R Greenway headquarters in Princeton, NJ. This is a group show of smaller-scale works, inspired by nature, and just in time for the Holiday season.

The painting above is The 1860 House, which used to be the Montgomery Center for the Arts in Skillman, NJ.    Unfortunately, the art center closed a couple of years ago and the house is now up for sale.   (I wonder if the new owners will let me paint there again?)   The other paintings I have in this show are scenes of land preserved by the D&R Greenway Land Trust.

The show runs Nov 9, 2009 to Jan 8, 2010. at:
D&R Greenway's Marie L. Matthews Gallery
at Johnson Education Center
One Preservation Place
Princeton, NJ 08540
Phone: 609-924-4646

The show is free and open to the public, but please note that the gallery is only open Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm, and it's best to call the Greenway at 609-924-4646 first to confirm that the facility is not being used for other purposes.
